Xperia Go touchscreen problem

my touchscrren dont respond me! i cant turn off or any chore!

Press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds

my go-back button on the left down side screen doesnt respon (the other function on the touchscreen , home, and option symbol are fine). it just happen sudenly.
