Xperia go Irresponsive touch

My xperia go is not responding properly to my touch.Sometimes i have 2 press 2 to three times !
in portrait keyboard I type P . so in that part touch is not working.Also my audio jack cover came off.
Should i have 2 change the digitilizer?

If so how much is the cost of  digitilizer and audio jack , USB cover from the authorised service center. I am in Chennai,India

If you do it yourself it will void your warranty, it will be wise to contact Sony so you know what exactly the issue is

Yeah iam goin 2 sony service center but wanted 2 know the cost !
