After starting up my phone, i cant swipe down the first screen to go to pincode screen. I think a part of the touchpad is unrepsonsive. I dont have a screenlock, just swipe down. But it doenst work.I cant use the PC companion because my screen isnt unlocked and the pincode isnt entered.
I have already tried to reset it. by pressing volume up key and on/off button simultaneously
Please help me
