I have Sony Xperia U . When I press the volume up to open in fastboot Mode , the blue light appears for some time and the mobile starts to charge. What should I do?
I want to unlock the bootloader of my XP. Whenever i try to enter the Fastboot mode by holding Vol+ and powering on the device connected to pc, blue notification light comes(which means the phone has entered fastboot mode) and suddenly it turns to red light and exits fastboot mode and starts charging. The PC asks for drivers and when i try to install the driver it says Divice unplugged. What actually happening is it enters the fastboot mode for just 2 to 3 seconds and exits from it. Anybody faced this problem? Please suggest.
PS. Phone rooted and running on Moonbreaker v3.5 ROM
Make sure when you connect in this mode that you do not take your finger off the Vol + button until the drivers are installed.

I'm very sure that i have not released the vol+ button and i didnot took my finger off it while connecting to USB and even after connecting. Only for 3 seconds the blue notification light glows and turns to red then, showing charging symbol. I reinstalled the software using SUS and tried freshly before rooting and also after rooting. Both gave the same result. I tried a different cable also, but same result.
