Xperia E5; App without sounds

Hello:

I bought a Xperia E5 and, when i open apps, they never sound, but ringtones or notifications do it. I can't ear videos, music or app with beat.

Anyone can help me, please?

I discover that if i use headphones, they sound, but when i disconnect, they stop ring.

@JCMhi Did you try to raise media volume? Press volume up, tap on the little arrow and slide right the second glider.

Yes, i did. I tried slide this, waiting for any change, but... Nothing...

No, they aren't. And it isn't just files from the mobile, I can't ear videos from Google Chrome, for example.:smileyworried:
