My new phone e4 is restarting automatically. Please help

does it happen while on safe mode or without the SIM card?

Thank for your reply. It doesn't happen on safe mode. If i do the update from Sony,could I solve my problem

If this behaviour does not occur while the phone is booted into safe mode, it can be related to a third party application. Have you noticed that the phone restarts when you open/have used a specific application etc?

It's always recommended to have the latest software installed. If you have a new software update available, I suggest that you update the phone.
