xperia E3 switching off during calls and others

Is that normal? Could this wonderful support explain something about this strange behaviour?

My xperia switch off during calls or during rechargement, what's wrong with it?

Could be a faulty Sim card as is often the case with system restarts - Check your Sim card is free from dirt etc and is fitted correctly or check if possible with a different Sim card
