Xperia E1 Dual Sim does not start up

I am unable to start up as it it does progess past the wavey lines sceen on start up.

Nor can I switch it off unless I remove the battery 

It stopped working within 5 months of purchase.

I cannot reinstall the software as it is not recognized

Not can I start in safe mode by pressing the volume + on key

But Emma is supplied by Sony .. or am I mistaken ?

I guess I will just have to wait a few months to take it to a service centre.

I was such a Sony person - almost all my electronics TVs, players, cameras, memory sticks, drives,---- never going to buy a Sony phone again

To use EMMA you have to unlock the bootloader
