Xperia E walkman sound enhancement problem

Hi,

i purchased xperia E few days ago. i love the walkman app, but there seems to be a bug with the sound enhancement for headphone. with the surround activated, i am experiencing some random glitch from the music. i don't know the technical terms for this, the music randomly pauses for a second and then continues with slight crackling sound, it happen every once in a while (about every 15-30 sec intervals).

fully charged battery, music file is mp3s between 190-320kbps, no other apps running, music folder is located on extension sd card. i've tried using 2 different headphones, rebooting, even resetting to factory setting, but still having the same problems. i've search this forum but found no solutions.

i love the sound enhancement feature, it realy makes the music more enjoyable,

please fix this issue

1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHtPi-VrbiE

2) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup

3) I cannot upload SemcMusic.apk, especially on a Sony forum... There are some modded versions on XDA forums. Try one of them and if it crashes, restore original app with Titanium.

(oh and please, write READABLE english sentences, it's a pain for non-english people)

Same problem here. Audio issues are more notable with higher bitrate on MP3 songs while the screen is off. And I got the phone a few days ago!

Model: C1505

OK, I'll try. Thanks.

By the way, my device is encrypted so does that mean Repair = Decrypt and Reflash?

Also, PCC detects it as Sony Xperia smartphone but on the updates is spot on. Is it OK to proceed or not?

I have the exact same issue, tunes appear to play ok from internal storage but not from SD Card, getts annoying jump every 30 seconds or so. Card is OK as works fine in old phone and on other devices.

I've tried using the PC Comapnion repair option but once it gets to the flashing stage it says that there is no software available for my phone. What's up with that?

Sony pc companion repair is fully legal.... Rooting and repairing voids warranty...
