Xperia E Speaker Stops Working

I own a Xperia E and recently I had to take it to repair because the screen tactile stopped working. Now, weeks after that repair, I notice that during a call, sometimes people stop listening to me and think that I turn off the call, and this never happened before the repair. It happens no matter the noise suppression is on or off.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

This is very unfortunate, I suggest that you first try clearing the Smart Connect application data to help remove any glitches that may be present.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Smart Connect > Clear Data

Thank you for your quick reply. 

I have cleared the data on Smart Connect but it didn't work. However, I have uninstalled the updates of the Smart Connect to the default version and it seems to be working good until now. I suppose there is any bug on the latest version of Smart Connect. However, if the problem persists I will let you know.

Hello Jake, Like I said before, my Xperia E's speaker started working fine again after I had uninstalled the latest versions of Smart Connect app. Although, in the last days the speaker started having issues again, as people stop listening to me. I really don't know what's happening, this is very annoying.
