Shazam app issue

While using the FM Radio app, I cannot use Shazam.

When I try to open the app, music stops.

Track ID works fine.

There's nothing wrong with your phone, the issue is the app, You should get in contact with Shazam directly.

Sound Hound, a similar app to Shazam, has the same problem.

I have already sent an email to Shazam.

I used to have the same problem with Sony's Track ID app, Ok Google Voice Detection was causing the problem.
