Xperia C5 Ultra GPS not work

Recently my GPS not work. It's a software problem or hardware? 

Approximately one month I've received an update. 

Please, some solution?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the GPS

If it say failed I doubt it's software but you could try to repair your software via xperia companion or via xperia PCC. If after that you still have the issue, make yor warranty valid and ask for repair/replacement.

I agree with @YoGem if XC doesn't solve the issue, contact your Local support

It was not necessary, the problem solved itself, I only did a twice factory reset and the GPS now works normally.
