Xperia c4 freezes and crashes while try to watch videos.

Hello, as the title says 3 day old xperia c4 crashes 4 times already. Two times on while openning whats app video, one time on openning video via camera application and one time on openning video on album. They all different videos.

Steps to crash always same, first i try to open media, screen freezes. After that screen goes completely complicated colors then death of Os and machine restarts.

@incxbxs I know, it is strange that on a new device you have these issues. However, you can see how it will be after a repair. If still having issues, I would return the device.

I have exactly the same problem, any video (youtube, sony's own video, captured videos) frezees and restarts my phone, it hasn't even beeen 24 hours since i bought. I tried pc companion repair, it didn't solve the problem

5.1 update fixed this issue for me right now.

(Also i changed default launcher to another. But i don't now if it helped)

5.1 update is must for this phone, performance problems also fixed. It runs much more smoother than the stock.
