Sony M4 Aqua Camera blur Images

Hi Team,

I got Sony M4 Aqua on 16.10.2015,The phone came with a 13MP camera but when i click Images it gives blur images,i belive with a 13 MP camera the images should be crisp with no blurness.the images are not zoomed and still look blurr.

Kindly help me with this

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone

does your phone has a protective case or film? 

check if there are any scratches or if the lens is dirty
