Xperia C4 camera issue

Hello friends
I had brought Xperia C4 two months earlier and now I facing both front and rear camera issue
As I contact Xperia customer care I was tell that it was an hardware issue is any other user of C4 is facing same kind of issue related to camera
I had brought this model for photography but now I'm totally frustrated because of this hardware issue

Screen get totally blank while taking photos
And if I started taking photos from front camera on live screen it project up side down image
It very disappointing for me I had brought this particular model for best photographic experience as I had done factory reset
Format it in safe mode but issue is still insolved

If you have just booted your device in safe mode and the issue persists, I suggest you to first run a backup of the device information like this:

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion:

This will factory reset your phone and erase all data. You might need tocharge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device). Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP.

I had started my phone safe mode and also done with factory reset when I was going through experia support I conclude that many of C4 user has faced this kind of hardware problem

hey i am facing my front camera problem,my phone was dropeed last nightafter than i can not run my front camera and cant find the sign of f4ont back camera switch , what is the solution there?? clear the camera cache my rare camera is ok but fron t cameraq is not available showing. please give a solution please
