I Have Decice XPERIA C Can Anyone Help How Can VOICE DAILER can Be Activated .... I Mean To Say How Automatically Phone Number Or Text Message can Be Read Etc ........

In your phone you should have an app called "Voice dialer". Start this app and then say for example "Call [person]".

To write a text using your voice you can use Google Search app. Open the app called "Google" and say Ok, Google send a text.
