Hello Guys,

I've a Xperia Arc s LT18i and there is a confusing problem with me

My battery was dead for an instance and it didn't wake up again even after charging it with a wall charger the phone didn't open and don't accept software as it didn't start.

accodentally after days i connect the phone to the lap and it begin charging and opened when it came to 1% after full charging on the lap i reset the phone to factory setting, it shut down and didn't open again

I went to a mobile maintainance to check it after connecting the phone battery pins to a device"maybe votmeter" i tried to open it after a while and it opened

Then i connected it to my lap with PC companion to Repair the software and it downloded it and the mobile shutdown to start update but finally it didn't wake again and there was a problem with starting the update.:smileycry:

maybe your battery is faulty

Thanks for your suggestion, but it was charging when the phone was open and i used a wall charger also and it was working.

But to be honest I'm using a samsung charger as the original charger was malefunctioning but it works

Charge for 1 hour,remove the battery and put it back in.The phone should be completely off.Download sony update service,install and follow the steps provided to repair:
