Xperia arc S - LED problems

Hey guys!

Since the update to Android 4.0 the notification-LED of my Xperia arc S isn't working proper anymore. It still works when showing the battery status but no notifications (e.g. emails, facebook or whatsapp) are shown. Software repairs or workarounds like installing 'Light Flow' doesn't solve the Problem.

I hope someone can help me fixing this issue because the LED was a reason for buying this phone.

the LED problem is a common bug in the ICS update. try searching the forum for simillar problems.

I tried several apps but none of them actually solved the Problem.

well that is unfortunate, all you can do now is to wait if sony will release another update, and hopefully it will include the fix for the led

Are there any official statements concerning the LED-Bug?

You could always revert back to android 2.3.4 to fix the problem until a fix is available.

try useing smspopup (from market) its works with sms for my arc s even screen off ,,and you can change the color of led.

I'm sorry but "SMS Popup" doesn't work for MMS, GoSMS, WhatsApp, Facebook and Emails. Besides, the App itself is verry flawed. I don't want to replace a bug with another.
