XPERIA Apps

Hi, I am hunting for a good 'call manager' apps for my XPERIA Android 1.6, and I haven't preyed any till date. I know for Symbian there are plenty of call managers. Why not available for Andriod? I tried SPC, and its not as customizable like normal call manager.

Do you have any idea about a good call manager in our market?

I take back-up of my apps. When I install these apps from my SD card after formatting my XPERIA, the installed apps are not shown in Market Downloads, to get regular updates.

Should I everytime re-download the whole 100s of apps again from Market to get regular update? Does not my installed apps (from SD Card), get sync with Market to get regular update? Please advice.
