Xperia Active does't get the update.

Hi everybody,

I sent my phone (Xperia Active ST17) for repair about a month ago because of internal problems of hardware. So they reset my phone with the basic version of Android. For this phone is avaible the update to Android 4.1.B.0.587, but I can't get it. I link the phone to the pc, then starts running Sony Pc Companion, but it says that the phone is not linked to the pc. So I get Update Service, I do everithing that this software suggests me to do but the updating does not start.

How can I update my phone?

Do you get any error message when you are trying to update? 

Have you tried to connect to a different USB port on your PC? You could also try with a different USB cable. 

If you still experience the same problem I suggest that you try to update the phone using another computer.
