Xperia Active as Dial Up Modem

I want to ask something about my phone,

Can i use my phone as dial up modem?, if can, which tutorial that i can be followed?,

I use USB tethering but it can solve the problem because when i use it, PC detect my phone as network adapter, not modem,

so i can't use it as dial up, i need to enter dial up number for my internet connection,

thanks uliwooly, i have used it, USB tethering, it can connect to my laptop but not as dial up modem,

what setting should i do?bluetooth?or other setting,

i plan to use bluetooth but my laptop doesn't have it yet,

I'm assuming you don't have a WiFi card on your computer? bluetooth work just fine but I'm a bit confused, why as a Dial-up connection?

i want to hack my operator network, heheheh, i need to enter dial up number, lot of people test the tutorial and 100% work hack the network, so we can get both quota and speed better,

i come from indonesia, our internet connection is slow and expansive, Free charge is better, LOL
