I am in Big worry now. My Neo got failed when update and phone is not on

Dear SE,

               Today I saw ICS update for my Neo. And I try to update my phone. When software downloaded to my PC and remove and reconnect as per instruction. Then immediately I got aborted update message. Really I dont know what to do. Again I tried then I got your USB not recognized like that. Anyone please give me a boostable idea and solution. I need my mobile now. Please help me ASAP.

Take the battery out and reinsert it after few minutes after that try to charge for half an hour

If doesn't helps then use this

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

                  or
