[XL]Android 4.2.2 Main Issue

1. Force closed when you try "Transfer data to SD card" in storage.

2. The screen flickering in low brightness while at Max & Mid not noticeable. And also during charge and call flickering issue disappear.

3. If you try to Pull down notification bar with two fingers several time then you won't be able to pull down notification bar until you don't restart your device.

4. I noticed Loudspeaker sound decreased after 4.2.2 Update. In previous version While playing games or Touch Sounds, Screen lock sound was loud.

5. Walkman widget missing on lockscreen.

6. Backlight widget isn't working.

I'm facing this issue in my both Xperia L Device.

I repaired both device but issue still persist.

Sony, I would appreciate it if you accept this as a serious issue with XL.

Thank You!

And the bugs continue. Confirmed these problems are affecting me too.
Seems 4.2.2 has more faults then 2.17 which is mildly amusing.
I guess it's difficult to have a bug free phone nowadays .

1. Didn't happen to me.

2. Didn't happen either.

3. Why would you pull the notification shade with two fingers, isn't that inconvenient? But still, I tried and it didn't come out. Though I don't think its a bug there are many places where multitouch is intentionally disabled. My phone didn't freeze, nothing happened. I tried over 10 times.

4. Only for Touch Sounds and Screen Lock Sounds which is actually cool if you ask me. They were too loud and irritating for being secondary SFX.

5. It's not missing, its just not there on the screen anymore. Try this.

Walkman > Play a Song > Lock the phone > Unlock it > You will see widget with Player controls and Album Art > Drag the album art down > You will have a full screen widget (Album Art overlayed with Controls)

Excellent. I might as well not even have an SD card now. That bug is almost
as bad as the internal memory problem. Repairing it with SUS or PC doesn't work.
I'm gonna moan long and loud about this.

rkdo_20 : To enable Developer Options i.e. USB Debugging. Go to Settings > About Phone > Tap constantly about 7 times on the build number i.e. 15.3.A.0.26 do it and you will get a message saying 'You Are Now A Developer'. Done. Slightly_smiling_Face

The Flickering issue is more noticeable on a light background. An easy way to reproduce: Set screen brightness to minimum. Open Google Chrome and scroll around on the page.

Walkman widget no more beacause sony removed it yes i agree. i can see while i play walkman player.thanks for info.

It's multi touch phone.I like to pull down notification bar with two fingers because God gave me five fingers for a reason.  I will assume that you have only one finger. xD (joke)

Doesn't make sense if you can't hear lock screen sound then why sony added lock screen sound? Sony admitted the lock screen sound has been lowered and they forwarded the feedback to increase it again.  Screen Lock Sounds

Transfer data to SD card issue still persist.
