hi guys wonder if you can help, since updateing my z1 to kitkat i get a message when i try to open xbox music saying unfortunately xbox music has stopped ive tryed uninstalling and and restarting phone and re installing xbox but it still does not work. subscription is up to date and does work on my pc any suggestions

It might be an app compatibility issue, if so, microsoft has to address this issue, also do you have any taskillers or antivirus on your phone?

yes i use avg mobile internet security wasnt sure were the problem origintes from

Just try this

Uninstall it > restart your phone > check again (w/o the antivirus app)

uninstalled xbox and avg, restarted ,inslalled xbox still same problem

You could repair your phone with SUS or PCC but I still believe its a compatibility issue that the app developers have to fix

When do you think microsoft/xbox music is going to resolve the issue of being unable to play music on the sony experia phone? I  bought an xbox music subscription, which i can not use. I have googled and this seems to be a long standing issue. How many people need to complain before this app works? Unfortunately, xbox has stopped..... it's just not good enough!
