The battery was about 10%, and I was downloading a game. All of the sudden, it froze and after a few seconds it turned itself off. I triend to turn it on, but I couldn't, so I thought battery died, and I left it on the charger over night. In the morning, it still couldn't turn it on, and anything I triend didn't work.
When I press and hold the ON/OFF button, it just vibrates shortly and nothing happens. If I repeat that, it won't even vibrate until I pull the battery off, than put it back, and try again. Won't charge on the charger, won't charge on USB cable, won't turn on. I don't know what to do, I already tried Hardwer Reset (with and without charger) - didn't work, tried connecting it to the USB and holding the BACK button - still nothing. Sometimes, when I try to turn it on, it won't vibrate, and the red light flashes (that means the battery is low, right?). Sometimes it doesn't react at all, no vibration, no red light, nothing. Is there anything else I can do? Please help me, the phone is new, and I can't believe this is happening!
what do you mean by "hardware reset w/ and w/o the battery"?
can you borrow a battery from someone? also try a different micro USB cable

No, I said 'with and without charger', meaning that I tried doing that while my phone was connected to the charger, and also when I disconnected it. I would never try to turn it on withuot a battery
And about trying with another battery or USB, just tried both, nothing:smileyplain:
the battery might be the issue

Well I don't know, if something is wrong with my battery, I think it should work with another one, right? And I know for sure that the other battery is ok, my sister is using it. I'll check if my battery works on her phone.
Thank you...

Looks like it's not the battery. Mine works just fine on her phone, by my phone doesn't react even with her battery, which is 100% full.
I'm hopeless.
try this, take the battery out > press and hold the power button for 10 seconds > connect the phone to the wall charger w/o the battery > now put the battery back on and let it charge do NOT attempt to turn it on, wait an hour then try to repair it with SUS

Before you answered I connected it to the charger again, and the red light is blinking now. Should I keep charging it, wait, and than (if it still doesn't work) do what you said, or stop this charging and do what you advised now? I'm so sorry for bothering you!!!!
Btw, I don't know what 'SUS' is...:smileyconfused:
let it charge for 30min or so, if it doesn't work then try my suggestions
