x10 google account problem

hy! my girlfriends has x10 and she switched from austrian to croatian card when she came in croatia (she is doing it every month), but now problem apeared!
It wont sign in into her google account, it says that the username or password is is incorect or the account is not active anymore! (its active, and when I go to the gmail I can sign in normaly)
and I cant delete account, it says that I need to do factory reset!

so, HOW CAN I FIX THAT? because she cant use google store, whatsup, viber, nothing...

you will have to re-download your apps, but if you use those alternatives they should be fine, also you can backup your contacts
