hy! my girlfriends has x10 and she switched from austrian to croatian card when she came in croatia (she is doing it every month), but now problem apeared!
It wont sign in into her google account, it says that the username or password is is incorect or the account is not active anymore! (its active, and when I go to the gmail I can sign in normaly)
and I cant delete account, it says that I need to do factory reset!
so, HOW CAN I FIX THAT? because she cant use google store, whatsup, viber, nothing...
she could access her gmail on a computer > change her password and try again
does she has a @gmail or @googlemail

how can I backup files before factory reset?and how can I restart phone? (exp sola power button and volume up)?

yes either data plan/mobile internet or wifi, just repair the phone with SUS
