Yesterday I started an android navigation app and my phone immediately shut down. I thought just to turn on my phone again, but unfortunately this did not work. When I turned my phone on it only vibrates and then it will not do anything. The screen stays black and no led light is on (or in the process). When I try this again, it will not even vibrate. Only when I remove and re-insert the battery it will do the same. I also tried to leave the sim and mini-sd card out and that didn't work either. And unfortunately it will also not work when it is connected to the pc or recharger.
My phone is a year old and it worked fine. Can you help me to get my phone working again? Thank you in advance!
