x reality auto disabling

Is this a known issue? Sometimes the setting turns itself off.

Same with the audio setting clear sound.

Yes but I have disabled it and the same problem. Seems to happen when I restart device

Have you tried a software repair until now?It might help.You can also stop by a sony service.

Same issue here, already tried factory reset but it still happen
