WT19i ICS stock Bootloop

I have a WT19i phone. I upgraded the SO from Gingerbread to ICS when officially available (and I haven't rooted the phone or something like that because I have not been able to, so I haven't modified anything).

Some days ago, I erased all data from my phone to give it to my brother (using the option in the configuration). It worked a few days, and suddenly he said the mobile don't work anymore. It keeps rebooting, reaches the boot animation, and reboots again after the animation stops.

Again, the mobile has not been modified or something like that. My brother likes touching everithing, but I can't explain myself hot to get a bootloop changing only the internal options of the phone.

I have tried to flash a recovery, but since I'm not root, it's impossible. Could be there a way to fix this issue?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
