Wrong IMEI

I tried registering my device into sony's support forum but when I type my IMEI a message with red letters appears and says that my IMEI is wrong..how can i solve this problem? 😕
To find my IMEI i typed *#06# on phones app keyboard

Have you inserted all the numbers corectly?

If you go to Settings - About phone - Status.....scroll down to IMEI & double check that number or if you have the box it will be on the side of that :smileysmileywink:

Call me a pessimist  but I'm guessing a question about changing the IMEI is coming next 😜
