Does ANYBODY own/use/have th Z1 Compact that doesn't have any problems? That works fine after week or two use?

Ok. So far....none! I'm sorry to hear that.

Everyone has a plastic back. It isn't that bad, you can feel it but I have yet to scratch mine. For the rest no big issues yet.

Only owned mine for a few days but it's seems to not have any serious flaws. I love it!

Had mine for one week and 2 days, works perfectly.

2nd replacement in a week.Today i ve been just rushin into shop with device as its just turned itself off completly and no respond afterwards.Made a hard reset and works I really hope no more issues in future coz if yes i will give up on this phone.Sh

I'm glad to hear that there ARE Compacts without problems. Maybe those users who haven't any problems does not read Support forum...

I think that's the case with most devices. If people don't have problems, they generally won't take time out to visit the forums. Being that way more of these have been sold than there are users posting to this forum, it's probably safe to say it's a solid phone with some duds like any other product.
