Will Xperia Z get the new UI as the Z Ultra has?

Hope Sony can upgrade other Xperia Z to the new UI as the Xperia Z Ultra.

The UI doesn't have much different from the 4.2.2 UI that Z has, except the icons are smaller. The new 4.22 homescreen for Z has transparent bav bar and semi-transparent notification bar with will turn back when you run apps. And the toggle widgets are customisable.
