will my xperia E3 will get android L update in future ?

i am now running on android 4.4.2 update ..will i get android l in future  for my mobile ?and can i use 4g in my mobile because in sony website it shows the mobile is compartable with 4G networks .

Not all E3 are LTE capable, if you have the D2202 it only support 3G/H not LTE
