WIFI Range
Hi All.
Unfortunatley I have just had to pick up a replacement Z3.
With this one, I am having issues with the WIFI range. Where with my old one I could get WIFI in the garden (Router is in the living room on the first floor) and at work I sit the furthest away from the router, but again on my old Z3 I had no issues. This new one, as soon as I leave the living room the signal drops and disconnects, and at work the WIFI only connects as I walk past the router.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
Thanks
Dave

Hi XperiaDave,
Welcome to the community,
I am very sorry to hear about the issues you have with the device, on the off chance that this is software, I would first suggest performing a Factory Data Reset and then try testing the Wifi on the device, if it continues, I would definitely contact Sony Mobile Customer Care to advise of the issue.

Unfortunately this hasn't fixed the problem. I will go to the shop I got the replacement from this lunch time, to see what they say.
Otherwise I will raise. A repair ticket later, unless there are any other options.
Thanks.
