Wifi problem

Hi... When i try connecting to my wifi, it connects withot any problem, but i can.t load any information from the internet. It stucks when i try to use my browser or facebok, or anything else. I restarted the router and my phone, and it works for the moment, but when i reconnect to the wi.fi, again it doesn.t work. Please help me!

Your router will be open to potential unauthorised access. I recommend you contact the manufacturer of your router for assistance in adding the phones as an exception in your routers firewall.
