Hello,
after official actualization of Android from 2.3 to 4.0 via Sony PC Companion i have problem with connection to wifi with my Sony Xperia arc S (LT18i). When i try to connect to wifi it starts with connection, it send or received some data, but after some time ( its not constant time) its loose connection and tried to connect again. It tries a few times, but then it blocked somehow my wifi router and it needed to restart the router. The same problem i have on others wifi networks (tested on aprox. 4), with different settings, different routers, ... Before upgrade there wasnt problem with connection to these networks. Today i try upgrade of OS with delete of all other application, if there is no any SW conflict, but situation is still the same.
Do you have someone any idea, where can be any problem? Thanks.
Hi, i also have a problem with my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i with regards its wi-fi connectivity. I can actually find and connect to the wi-fi network, according to what my phone indicates, but when i tried to browse the internet it always prompts me that there is no connectivity, or the phone will just keep on loading. I've tried this in several wi-fi networks already and to no avail.
Could anyone help me please. Thank you
I have the same problem with my Neo V. After upgrade to 4.0.4 wi-fi working very bad. Connection speed is very slow. Who know what to do? Again downgrade to 2.3.4?

A question to Sony support team
What wifi Channels are officially supported by sony mobile ?
Actually there are 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n wifi/WLAN channels.
I have exactly the same problem since using PC Companion of which I haven't used for a long time. I have no insurance and am unsure of what to do ?! Help please!!
