WiFi not connecting in office

Hi All,

I just brought xperia L. No problem with my home wifi and even no issue with my friends home wifi. ( Unifi , TM and Time). But if i try to connect with my office Wifi not able to connect. The security is same as my home ( WPA/WPA2 PSK ). It is showinging "Saved". but i try to connect nothing happening and some times first time on that day it is showing something ( less than a second. I think that is "connecting.." ) and nothing happaning. My FW already latest ( 15.3.A.1.17). 

but my friends mobile all working / connecting perfectly with out any issue. ( samsung, Lenovo and china phone also). I tried all advance option in Wifi .. no use.

Anybody have any idea ? Any setting is there to make work ?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to simply forget the network and try to connect to it again? Press and hold on the network > select forget network.

Thanks for you advise. But I tried that things. Then the above case all have some reson. But my one can connect with home , mall, Airport and friends home also. But only cannot connect with my office. In my office, i saw some "MOTOROLA" routers are hanging... is any known issue there between motorola & sony ?...... Even not tring to connect also... so i think something handshaking itself have problem....

My FW version already updated one.(15.3.A.1.7). router i cannot restart and no permission.

Any option to log wifi activity... Because my case don't know whats happening...

nothing happen i restart , safemode and clear/forgot connection methode. Please i need to known what is wrong in my phone...

My office router useing 

Security Type = WPA2 - Personal

Encryption Type = AES

This information i got from my friend mobile "Lenovo". Then I install "Wifi Analyzer" on my phone and it also tring to connecting BUT.. showing "Authenticationg...." and securty type showing "[WPA - PSK - TKIP][WPA2-PSK-TKIP+CCMP][ESS]".

Anyone got clue, please help me to connect with my office network...

Does the SSID or password for the network contain any special or extended characters?

The password only have alphanumeric and caps / non caps word. No speal / externed char.

Sorry... today only i noticed my office Wifi name is "M-Guest". So it have special character. Is this wrong ? how to connect my Sony Xperia L with this wifi ?
