widget problem on desktop

when i wanted to see all widget in once like floating in my desktop.. instead the widgets disappear,.. it should be floating right??? pls help appreciate response from u guys

If you want them all in once,you should use two fingers and drag inside like you pick something up.

yep thats what i did.. but instead of seeing all the widgets at once  and floating and all..theres not one widget visible. its just my desktop background, then when i press the back or home.. all widgets come backk in their orig position:smileyconfused:

Restart your phone and try again.

yep already did,... many times.. i even updated my phone already thionking it would do the trick.. but nope its still the same.. and my update was successful also

It is something from the software i guess.Enable force 2d gpu rendering in settings.

You should be able to pinch out to get this view. Which build number are running on? Have you tried to reinstall the phone software?

i havent tried reinstalling the software.. i was thinking of factory data reset. do you think this would help?? and one more question is i bought the phone with ics android 4.0.. if i factory data rest it.. will it still be in ics?? by the way build number is 6.1.B.0.544, but this error appeared even before i updated it to its latest build. at first when i bought this unit, if i pinched on the home screen, the widget used floats.. then after days of using my phone that specific feature does not work any more. pls help thanks!
