WI-FI showing on in battery consumption

My wifi is showing in always on mode ( in battery consupmtion mode that orange line and consuming battery) if i checked in wifi mode it is off and even in advanced setting i have kept all other option is off.

please dont tell me to do factory reset or software repair as phone is just 2 days old

i will post screenshot shortly. meanwhile some expert advice please.

Try going to Settings -> Location -> Mode -> Choose "Device only"

actually my device location was off. i have kept as per your instruction but no any changes in battery consumption screen , are you able see above screenshot  or shall i post link ?

As i am struggling to turn off wifi i am facing new issue.. M not able to use 4G. Can any one tell me how to check whether phone is ok. My 4G plan is activated and SIM IS 4G.. Still mobile network showing 3G and when i am trying to connect 4G after searching network it automatically drop to 3G... As per my service provider network is ok and 4G is on

this really happen to me too, wifi keep draining battery even wifi is off. this is frustrating i want to return this phone

i am able to resolved the same with new update of approx 126mb which i have received.
