Wi-Fi problems?

My Xperia SP (version 4.1.2, didnt' upgraded to 4.3). recently I have noticed that when I unlock my phone, Wi-Fi automatically turns-on and automatically turns-off, but also sometimes it just turns-on and doesn't turn-off automatically.

Also, has android 4.3 problems solved (the usual posted problems) ??

That seems to be an app acting up, repair your phone with SUS or PCC and check again

I think it happens only when I am in office, also i have turned off the wi-fi by location feature and when i go to other place, rather home or other(even there is availability of Wi-Fi network), it doesn't happen.

Try to forget your office network.
