I to have today a brand new Xperia E. Everything is working fine except it will not connect to my Sky WiFi. I have the same issues as many others; the WiFi is connecting quite happily to several other devices (two PS3's, a laptop computer, and a HTC phone) and yet the Xperia refuses to connect. The phone shows several WiFi networks in range and did connect for a short while to an unsecured BT network before I was booted off when I got spotted but the fact remains it is a compatablity issue between the phone and the Sky router, which is actually a rebadged Netgear DG934G.
The Sky support site has lots of users reporting this fault, a Google search shows lots of people reporting the fault, but nowhere so far has posted a fix which does not involve replacing, at the user expense, the Sky router.
Any ideas ?????
