Wi-fi file transfer between PC and Z1 problems

I done the pairing betweeb my PC and Z1 to see Z1 contents from my PC and to transfer file from PC to Z1 and viceversa.

I found a lot of problems:

1) the pairing procedure is really slow, and if you just don't see the confirm message on the Z1, you have to wait the long timeout.

2) when you try to get the list of files for a folder with thousand of files, it takes soo long and often the operation break and disconnect Z1 from PC.

3) if i try to copy files directly from PC to a folder, without entering the folder with thousand of files, I got the same problems mentioned above.

I used lastest Z1 firmware with android 4.4.4 and Windows 8.1 Pro on my PC, also wi-fi connectivity was at beast (near the access point with max signal).

There is any solution to speed up the process ot Sony have to fix these problems?

I get that issue but only when Stamina mode is switched on and it will disconnect when the screen times out - When I switch stamina mode off and change the screen timeout time then I have no issues

Disabling stamina will fix the pairing problem, but the connection is unstable also with stamina disabled.

Get the file list for folders with lot of file is also too slow, stamina or not.

I have same issue, exploring Z1 files on PC wifi paired, PC runs windows 8.1 64 bit, and when i create a folder on the cell with es file explorer, or root explorer or file comander, i can't see this folder at PC's explorer. And exploring cell's folders it's too much slowly too.
