why my Ray can't update to 4.1.B.0.431

When I connect my xperia Ray, I have message the new update. and I try to update my Ray but I have found message error ( unable to install or start phone software update ) can anyone help me to solve my problem  ( sory if my english is not good enough ) thank for help.

i tried to update my xperia ray today from 4.1.A.. > 4.1.B.. using Sony PC Companion 2.1, but during updating process it sends message (unable to install or start phone software update components) kindly advise for sulotion ASAP,

yea, i think so, but it's much much slower than previous updates.. i used to update with same internet speed but in much shorter time.. maybe because it's now being updated through Update Service software unlike last update i did which was through Sony PC Companion softare
