Why is missing Speed Dial in my Z C6603

Hi I was wondering this because some of my friends do have the Speed Dial Function, when they are in the phone app they press the settings button and VUALA the have Clear Log, Hide Log and Speed Dial Settings. How can I have that too? Anyone?

Xperia Z C6603 Android 4.2.2 Build 10.3.1.A.0.244. Not ROOTED.

You need to install an speed dial app 

what do you mean by Vuala has "speed dial settings"?

Well I don´t know how to be more expplicit:

1. Go to your phone app.

2. Press the 3 dot nest to the green Icon that says CALL

3. When I do that I only get Clear Log and Hide Log, my frinds get Hide Log, Clear Log, and SPEED DIAL SETTTINGS.

4. Press Speed Dial Setting and the get a list and they add the contact they want to speed dial by only pressing the number.

Its not an APP, its a menu inside the native phone app of their Xperia Z.

If you need more detials gladly Ill give them to you.

Ok I get what you are saying, your friend's phone from an specific carrier/network has this option, correct? but you do not have it right?

Yeah, but theirs are just like mine unbranded phones, and we all have the same carrier/network. Thats why I dont get they having this.

That make sense as carriers request certain features, he has the same phone but with firmware variant, you could flash his firmware
