Problem with Xperia P

I have some problems with my telephone:

1. Sometimes it turns off and immediatly turns on again during the use in apps. It's a problem of the telephone or of the apps getting crush?

2. Sometimes the left button doesn't work. I have to wait few minutes or force the restart

3. I can't see the section "sd card" in the album. I have Android Ice Cream version.

Yeah I updated the telephone. Ithappens with different apps, games or not. I'm really worried because I bought the telephone just 1 month ago.
