Why has the roll-out stopped ?

When 4.03 came out, it progressed relatively quickly once it started.  But with 4.04, it has been much slower and no new releases have come out for the Neo V in almost 3 weeks.

Is there a problem with the software, or is it just a staffing issue ?

My phone was acually quick stable when I first installed 4.03, but has become less so over recent weeks.  I'm not going to place one of those pointless when will my phone be upgraded posts, but I would like to know why the rollout has stalled altogether.

What is your SI number?

Since you had got 4.03, you would have gotten 4.04 a long time ago.

Despite the fact that your SI number is not listed in that topic for update you can try to connect the phone with PC and PC companion to see if it will offer you an update or not. I have had such case. My SI number was not in the list (and still isn't) but I got an update offered with PC companion. I've updated my phone using SUS.

My SI number is 1256-7812 and no such luck - I checked today with both the update program and the companion and both say i'm up to date..

I'm wondering if they have suspended the rollout as its been problematic ?  Strange there are no comms on this though...

I know that.  What I was saying is in the prior 4.03 rollout, it appeared early on in the list.  But with 4.04, it hasn't yet.

Sony won't comment on this as to when it'll be released, is or was this phone locked to a network?

No.  I bought it unlocked.

was it entirely SIM free or it was locked to a network, it's simple to check with Service Menu

shows 0 for everything.  I assume this means unlocked ?
