Why deleted my thread and never respond?

I'm also hoping to update my xperia mini ST15a (SI 1249-8491) several months and I have not yet received. No need for the vanity ... my phone I can not use because of the problem of the touch keys that activate themselves.

Unfortunately we don't have any information on when specific updates will be released for specific SI-numbers.

Regarding deleted topics Johan made an announcement yesterday:

When using this forum you should first use the search feature to find a thread or browse your product sub-forum. However this can become hard when a lot of threads has bad subjects/topics.

Please try to make as relevant subjects/topics as possible. Instead of typing "problem" type "USB connection problems" if that's your problem.

Try to use subjects as "How to" or "Problem with" and remember that you don't have to state phone model if you post in the concerned board.

Lets say you can't get the E-mail working in your Xperia phone.

BAD TOPIC = Xperia phone not working HELP!!!

GOOD TOPIC = How to configure E-mail

But remember that you should only create a new topic if you can't find an existing one concerning your question.

The purpose of the subject is to explain about the problem or question in short, but not too short or not too long. This makes it easier for other users to engage in relevant threads and contribute to the discussion.

*Still a lot of short and irrelevant topics are being made, I'm updating this just to tell you that these topics will be deleted without any warning.

Thanks for replying ... but the thread that has been removed is important to me because I needed to know if other users of Xperia Mini ST15 with SI 1249-8491 had already received the update. It is unfortunate that a company like Sony takes almost a year to implement a software update ... Debebieron begin updating models with defects as severe as this xperia. With all this bad experience ... Do you think my next phone will be an Xperia? Think about your answer. The success or failure of a company depends on us: consumers.

that seems to be a hardware issue not so much a software issue, have you repaired your phone with SUS or PCC?
