My new Xperia U failed to download an update and when I unplugged the cables (as instructed) the phone won't work. All that comes up is a white triangle with a blue exclamation mark inside it in the middle of the screen, with a picture of a phone lying flat. It won't do anything else. I've plugged it in to charge in case the battery was low (though it was charged beforehand) and it's going repeatedly from showing the above symbol, then the Sony logo, then a blank screen with the red light flashing in the top corner.
I'm reliant on my phone and am afraid to take out/replace the battery or sim card in case I lose all my information. Advice, please?
repair it with SUS

if SUS doesn't work you have 2 options
1) take it to a Sony repair center
or
2) manually update/repair your phone
