White spot on screen...

Hello All,

          I am using Tipo dual. I am an Indian costomer. Recently one white spot apeared/noticed on my screen. It is not completely white but screen is 70-80% more bright at this spot. it is in 10mm of diameter. How can I remove this spot. Is this screen defect from Sony?
